Get ready to taste the best hot sauce in the Southwest.If you enjoy a truly hot,but yet very tasty hot sauce,well you can look no more.Or if you like it milder cut the number of Jalapeno's.This recipe taste a lot better even 1 day after being made,gives ingredients time to work each with other,therefore taste better.

Change only the number of Jalapeno peppers.The original number is 12 per gallon of hot sauce. You can break this down to 6 per gallon if hot is not your preference.Thats 12 large Jalapeno Peppers.

Recipe
  • 1 gallon Tomatoes,Chopped and drained
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 12 Jalapenos(HOT) Chopped Or 6 For A (Mild) Sauce
  • 1~1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Salt
  • 1~1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/8 Cup Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Big Chili Ancho Pepper
    You can use a food Processor to process the sauce.Boil for about 10 minutes then pour up into Quart Jars.
