Larry's Deer Roast

In the bottom of a crock pot put:

  • Small bag Carrots cut up
  • 3 sticks Celery cut up
  • 1 whole Onion chopped
  • Potatoes
  • Salt & Pepper All This

    • Then on top of all this above put the following

  • 3 pound Deer Roast
  • Salt Again
  • Pepper Again
  • Garlic Powder all sides roast
  • 3 Capfuls Lemon Juice
  • 1~1/2 Cups Of Beer For Tenderizer
    • Put Bacon Strips Around Roast and Toothpick in Place,then

    ~Cook on high for 6 1/2 hours in crockpot and the place on grill for 30 min at 300 degrees.
